What to write in a yacht booking request, with examples you can copy
In a yacht booking request, write the date, the number of guests with children's ages, your hotel, the occasion, and every question you have in one message. If the day is a surprise, say who must not see our replies. The team then confirms the booking and your pickup time, and payment is made in euros on the day.
Why the request matters so much
Our yacht is booked as a request, not a purchase. That means the text you write is how the team learns what your day is for, and whether there is anything to check before we confirm.
A clear request saves a long exchange of messages. A vague one leads to questions, and on a fixed date such as a birthday, days spent waiting for answers are days lost.
The five things every request should contain
Whatever the occasion, start with the basics. These are the details the team needs before anything else.
- The date, and a second date if you have flexibility
- The number of adults, and each child's age, babies included
- The name of your hotel, so the pickup can be confirmed
- The occasion, in one plain sentence
- Your questions, one per line
Example: a proposal kept secret
A surprise needs one extra line: who must not see our messages. Something like this works well.
Two guests. I am planning to propose to my partner during the trip, and she does not know. Please write only to my WhatsApp number, not to the email address. Can food be arranged for the day? I understand flowers are not included as standard, so I am asking first what is possible.

Example: a family birthday
For a group, the head count and the ages do most of the work. A request might read like this.
Nine guests: six adults and three children aged 2, 7 and 11. My father turns 70 on this date, and his grandchildren are coming. Two guests will not swim and will stay on deck. Could you tell us whether food can be arranged? We know a cake falls outside the standard day, so we would like to ask first whether one is possible. Our hotel is in central Alanya.
Example: a group of friends
Friends' trips often need answers about drinks and water sports. Ask them directly so nobody makes plans on assumptions.
Twelve guests, all adults, staying in two hotels in central Alanya. It is a reunion. Can drinks be arranged in advance, and could you tell us about alcohol? Are jet ski or banana rides possible? One of us will pay on the day for the whole yacht.
