Who you are booking with
Bookings on alanyaprivateyachts.com are made with Murat Atalay Travel Agency (TÜRSAB no. 11294), which arranges the yacht, the crew and the transfer.
What a booking is
Sending the booking form is a request for the date you chose. It becomes a confirmed booking when our team confirms it to you, together with your pickup time. Until then the date is not guaranteed.
The price
The price shown is for the whole private yacht for your group, up to the maximum number of guests shown on the yacht page — not a price per person. It includes what the yacht page lists as included. Food, drinks and anything else not listed are not included unless agreed with us in advance.
Payment
Nothing is charged online. You pay on the day of the trip, in euros, as confirmed in your booking.
Guests
Every person on board counts as a guest, children included. Please give the number of guests and children's ages correctly when you book; the crew cannot take more guests than the yacht's maximum.
Pickup
A round-trip transfer from central Alanya districts is included. Please be ready at the pickup time we confirm. If you are staying further out, ask us before booking.
Weather and safety
The captain decides on the day, according to the sea and the weather, where the yacht goes and where it anchors, and may change the route. His safety instructions on board must be followed.
Changes and cancellation
